By using SlotKit (“we,” “ours. Please read them carefully.,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Condition

1. Who We Are

SlotKit ("we", "our", "us") is a software product operated by an individual creator based in Italy. For any questions, contact us at hello@slotkit.dev.

2. What You Are Purchasing

SlotKit is a source code template — a one-time purchase that gives you access to a private GitHub repository containing a Next.js 15 booking SaaS boilerplate. You are purchasing a license to use the source code, not a hosted service or subscription.

3. License Tiers

Base License ($149)

  • Use SlotKit for one (1) client project

  • Unlimited deployments for that single project

  • 12 months of free updates

  • Not transferable to a different project without purchasing a new license

Pro License ($299)

  • Use SlotKit for unlimited client projects

  • Unlimited deployments across all projects

  • 24 months of free updates

  • Priority email support

Team License ($499)

  • Use SlotKit for unlimited client projects

  • White-label rights — you may present SlotKit as your own product to clients

  • Lifetime updates

  • Priority email support

4. What You May Do

With any license you may:

  • Modify the source code to fit your needs

  • Deploy the application to any hosting provider

  • Use the application to build client-facing products

  • Create private forks of the repository

5. What You May Not Do

Regardless of license tier, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code with anyone who has not purchased a license

  • Publish the source code publicly (e.g. on GitHub as a public repository)

  • Use SlotKit to create a competing template product for sale

  • Transfer your license to another person or entity

6. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive instructions via email containing the steps to access the private GitHub repository. Access is granted within 24 hours of purchase upon providing your GitHub username to hello@slotkit.dev.

7. Updates

  • Base: Free updates for 12 months from purchase date

  • Pro: Free updates for 24 months from purchase date

  • Team: Lifetime free updates

After the update period, your purchased version continues to work indefinitely. You simply will not receive future updates unless you upgrade your license.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unable to get SlotKit working despite following the documentation, contact hello@slotkit.dev within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after repository access has been granted

  • Incompatibility with third-party services not listed in the documentation

  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase

9. No Warranty

SlotKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case.

You are responsible for:

  • Setting up and maintaining your own infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend)

  • Ensuring your deployment complies with applicable laws and regulations

  • Backing up your data and code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotKit and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

11. Third-Party Services

SlotKit integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing changes by these providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SlotKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
